Pyramid Pi is shipping in batches - with estimated shipping time displayed on the product page. The use of a priority-boarding code which will speed up shipping which is detailed on the product listing.
You may cancel for a full refund up until the moment your product ships (which is typically one business day prior to you receiving it). If you cancel after your product has shipped, you will be refunded only after returning the product. Your return period only starts once you receive the product and not from the moment you order.

Our returns policy is simple. Love the product, or send it back for a full refund.
- PyramidWiFi.com offers a 30-day no-questions-asked returns policy with all hardware purchases and bundles (including Pyramid V1 and Pyramid Pi). Return periods begin from when you receive the product, not from when you order it.
- Occasionally, PyramidWiFi.com offers extended returns (more than 30-days) during periods such as Christmas and other gift-buying periods. This will be clearly communicated when placing an order and extended return periods would apply only for orders placed during those periods. Returns beyond the 30-day period in other cases are at the sole discretion of Pyramid WiFi Ltd unless the goods are faulty.
This returns process covers orders purchased from our website, PyramidWiFi.com. If you purchased from a third-party marketplace such as Amazon, please return via the marketplace you bought it from which will have its own return policy.

You will be refunded the full order cost (excluding delivery costs). A postage-paid returns label will be provided for all UK orders. We cannot refund postage if you choose to buy your own label - we recommend using the one we provide.
Conditions: For UK orders, a postage-paid returns shipping label via EvRI (formerly Hermes) can be provided. We currently only ship within the UK - therefore returns from countries outside of the UK will be at the buyers expense.
For 30 day returns, products must be returned in the original packaging in an undamaged condition to be eligible for a full refund. If this does not happen, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund.
Products are not eligible for a refund after 30 days. Exceptions apply so please reach out to us at help@pyramidwifi.com so our team can advise.
Refunds are processed once we receive it back (typically within 2 or 3 days of posting). Refunds are typically processed the same business day we receive the item back once the goods have been inspected.
Please allow 3 - 5 days for funds to be processed by your bank and show on your bank statement.
