What is Pyramid
These legal terms are between you and Pyramid WiFi Ltd (Pyramid / us / we).These are our terms of service, which you agree to when purchasing or using any Pyramid devices or apps. You should read this document along with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to read and review our terms and policies periodically.
No logs, ever.
When connecting to the internet through the servers accessible through Pyramid – either through our device or apps – we operate a strict no-logs policy meaning your activity is never monitored, recorded, logged, stored or shared.There are no time stamps, session information, bandwidth, traffic or IP addresses logged.For details on any information collected in the operation our website, please view full details in our privacy policy. Criminal activity is never acceptable and whilst our commitment to privacy means we do not track activity in any way, if we find out of any criminal or offensive activity through another means (such as the user informing us) we will move to suspend service.
Pyramid WiFi Ltd Support
Technical and hardware support for all products purchased via our website - or third-party channels such as Amazon - is provided by us via email, help desk or in-app support options. In cases where third-party hardware is bundled with Pyramid products, such as Raspberry Pi, the sole organisation providing support for enquiries related to Pyramid software or VPN functionality is Pyramid WiFi Limited.
Amazon, or any third-party retailer for Pyramid goods, can only handle refunds and/or shipping enquiries if purchased from their marketplace. Any product-related or company-related enquiries must be directed to help@pyramidwifi.com
Trademarks
Raspberry Pi is a trademark of Raspberry Pi Limited. Pyramid OS and the Pyramid WiFi Adapter are products designed to be compatible with the Raspberry Pi 4b and are developed by Pyramid WiFi Limited, an independent company. Pyramid is a registered trademark of Pyramid WiFi Limited.

Compatibility
Pyramid cannot guarantee that our device and/or servers will be compatible with all WiFi networks, networking equipment or online services. It is possible that some networks may restrict Pyramid from connecting, or some online services may attempt to blacklist our servers. Whilst we would take measures to circumvent any blocks, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all networks and/or services.If a streaming service actively blocks VPN services, this does not make the product and/or service defective.
Performance
Pyramid makes no guarantees in relation to performance or speeds, which can be subject to various factors including server load, distance from the server and the network conditions. Maximum speeds are theoretical maximums based on ideal conditions and may not be refelective of what your networking environment can achieve due to the aforementioned factors.
Liability
Pyramid provides devices bundled with an internet privacy and security service. It is the responsibility of our users to make sure that they do not violate any law in any jurisdiction where they use the Pyramid product or service.Pyramid will never be liable in any way or form from actions of its users including criminal or civil liability for harm executed or not executed beyond any money paid to Pyramid for the provision of its services.You agree to prevent your Pyramid account from any unauthorised usage and are responsible for activity that occurs when your account credentials have been used to connect to the servers provided.The servers must not be used for port-scanning, sending spam, sending opt-in email, scanning for open proxies, sending unsolicited email or bulk email, launching pop-up or engaging in any activity which assaults another network or computer. Pyramid also forbids the exploitation of children, digitally or in any other way.Pyramid does not accept liability if your data is hacked, exposed or leaked whilst using our product and you use our products with the understanding and acceptance of risk that it may have undiscovered security vulnerabilities.Use of Firmware & ServersPyramid only permits the use of the operating system and servers on Pyramid-branded products. It may not be used on other devices and servers may not be connected via third-party apps. No support and/or warranty will be given under such circumstances.
Reasonable Use & Prohibited Activities
Password sharing – Your Pyramid account is for use with your purchased device(s) only and has not to be shared, sold or otherwise distributed online or through any other means.Pyramid, its directors, shareholders, employees, or any other related personnel are not liable for any harm emerging from the use of any Pyramid account.The servers accessible through Pyramid devices and apps are backed by a 99.9% server uptime guarantee. In the event this cannot be provided, we cannot compensate the user beyond what they have paid for our service. This extends to any legal costs irrespective of any laws as part of this binding agreement you accept when purchasing or using Pyramid apps or services.
Billing Information
Your service will automatically be renewed at the end of your billing period.The default billing plan is our monthly plan and upon expiry of any monthly or 3 month bundle subscriptions will renew on this plan at the advertised rate.Other plans, such as 1-Year or 2-Year plan will renew on an annual basis at the advertised rate, viewable at pyramidwifi.com/pass and these renewals will also be emailed in advance as a courtesy reminder.Renewals are clearly communicated when activating and if renewal is not turned off, refunds cannot be issued.Returning the product, either directly or to one of our retail partners, does not automatically cancel your subscription - this must be done by the user at pyramidwifi.com/myaccountIf a user creates multiple subscriptions under different email addresses, there is no obligation to refund.
Warranty & Returns Policy
Our product is backed by a 1 year warranty and we also offer a return period in case you change your mind, full details can be found by reading our refund & returns policy.
Prohibited Activities
Pyramid will terminate service for any client who commits criminal actions whilst using the Pyramid device or bundled servers.These activities include, but are not limited to: use of stolen credit cards, credit card fraud, PayPal fraud, bank fraud, e-gold fraud, Paysera fraud, WebMoney fraud, Bitcoin fraud, mail fraud, extortion, blackmail, kidnapping, rape, murder, sale of stolen credit cards, sale of stolen goods, sending email or operating websites to perform identity theft, hacking, pharming, phishing, or spamming of any form. In addition, Web scraping in any form or scale is also prohibited.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your account or subscription at any time, for details can be found in our refund & returns policy. When cancelling the subscription features of the product will remain active for the remainder of the pre-paid period. No refunds will be made for unused credits.
Acceptance of Terms
